Cancellation Policy
Mano kindly requests at least 24 hour notice for any cancellation, rescheduling or service change to your appointment. If less than 24 hour notice is given to our studio for cancellation or rescheduling, the following fees will be charged: $50+ for appointments up to 2 hours, $80+ for longer appointments. In the event of a no-show or same day cancellation, a minimum of the base price for the service will be charged. For group bookings of 4+ people, we require 48 hours notice. Changes made to group bookings with less than 48 hours notice will result in losing 50% of the deposit. Also please note, due to our limited availability we carefully allocate time slots to each client based on the specifics of their request, depending on your service and our advailblity. If you are late, we may not be able to provide the exact service that was originally booked due to the loss of time, and it is at our discretion that a cancellation/late fee may be due. Mano requires a valid credit card to book any and all appointments.
Please note that we are currently closed on Sundays + Mondays. If you need to make any adjustments/cancellations to your appointment during these days, please note that our 24 hour notice policy still applies, and you may reach us via e-mail to cancel/reschedule at: hi@moremano.com

Our service prices will be increasing slightly, due to the global price increase in materials, supplies + utilities. Your support continues to be invaluable, as we always strive to create and operate with intention, always using the cleanest, high quality products directly from Japan, and providing our nail artists with fair + professional compensation. We look forward to welcoming you in and delivering a fun and unique nail care experience.
